Which water filter is right for me?

When will my order be shipped?

All products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours.

How will I know that my order has been shipped and when?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email and it will have instructions on how to check the status of your shipment. We will also email you once it has been shipped.

What if I get the wrong filter? How do I return it?

Please see our return policy for details. If you have any questions on which filter to order, please email us the brand, model number of the refrigerator or the filter and the location of the filter and we will look it up for you so there is no guessing.

How do I know if my refrigerator has a built-in filter?

The refrigerators that have built-in water filters are generally the side-by-side models that hae the water and ice dispensers. If that is what you have, then look inside the refrigerator hanging down from the top or at the bottom of the refrigerator in the grille. How hard is it to change a replacement refrigerator water filter?

Most all of them are very simple to change. There are instructions included with each filter and we are always available for questions.
