When you use our secure order form, all of your information (including credit card) is encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology on our secure server. All purchases that you make with us are guaranteed to be 100% safe and secure. You will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping on our site. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, we will cover your cost, up to the full $50.00 if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

PRIVACY:

All the personal information you provide us will NEVER be sold, rented, bartered, shared or in any way revealed to anyone, EVER.

RETURN POLICY:

We unconditionally guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise for a refund or site credit. We will refund your original purchase price, less any initial shipping and handling costs and any manufacturer's restocking charges. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number or the return shipment may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee. See the procedure below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Just e-mail returns@purelywaterfilters.com or call 866-478-4010  for a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipment. Returns without a Return Authorization Number may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee. Credit for original purchase price, less the initial shipping and handling charges, and any manufacturer’s restocking charges will be issued to the original credit card only. Credits will be posted to the cardholder’s account within 30 days of the package arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping is not refundable and neither are custom orders. All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included. Defective products may be returned for a refund, exchange or site credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods. There will be no shipping charges on replacement merchandise. Please e-mail or call us for a Return Authorization Number and for return instructions, since the instructions vary for different products. After 30 days, defective items will be covered under their respective warranties.

SHIPPING:

Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours normally via UPS. You will receive your order within 4-10 business days after your order is placed. A charge of $25.00 may be made to your credit card for orders placed with Purely Water Filters, LLC and refused by the customer. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect information on your order form and the merchandise must be reshipped to the corrected address, Purely Water Filters, LLC will pass any address correction and additional delivery charges on to you and will bill your credit card for those extra charges.

PAYMENT:

Purely Water Filters, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks in US dollars only. Orders will be processed upon receipt of the money order or cashier check. Purely Water Filters, LLC cannot guarantee the availablity of a product by the time that payment is received. Refunds on items purchased by money order or cashier's check will be issued by check within 30 days. Refunds on items purchased by credit card will ONLY be credited to the card that was used to purchase the item.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Cancelled orders are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee due to the short time between ordering,  processing the order, and shipping.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:

Purely Water Filters, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning water treatment products offered for sale, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purely Water Filters, LLC's obligation for products performing below manufacturer's specifications shall be limited solely to the refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, or to the replacement of the products if defective. Installation charges are not refundable. In no event shall Purely Water Filters, LLC, it's subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Purely Water Filters, LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. All of our products are guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufcturer's warranty. Repairs or alterations shall void any and all warranties.

PRODUCT RELIABILITY:

All information presented is based on data believed to be reliable. Such information is offered for evaluation and comparison, but is not a warranty of any kind. Determination of the suitability of any of our products for uses contemplated by the buyer shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Acceptance of delivery of any of our products constitutes payer's acceptance of all the terms of the policies and procedures contained on this website. Purely Water Filters, LLC may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating Purely Water Filters, LLC's website. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Ohio. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
